Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate briefs, content and brand assets in a timely manner
- Respond to feedback requests within a reasonable timeframe
- Pay invoices according to the agreed schedule
- Confirm you have the rights to any materials you supply to us
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive the agreed deliverables and a licence to use them for the purposes specified in your project agreement. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Your pre-existing intellectual property remains yours. We retain the right to use general techniques, skills and knowledge gained during the project.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are set out in your quote or project agreement. We may require a deposit before work begins. Late or missed payments may result in suspension of work until the account is settled.
Revisions and Cancellation
Revision rounds and approval timelines are specified in your project agreement. We offer unlimited revisions on many services as stated in your quote. If you cancel a project, charges may apply for work already completed and resources allocated.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Design Den Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
